Description: The Hotel Es Port, situated in the Port of Sóller and, therefore, in the nerve-centre of the Serra de Tramuntana, offers us a perfect setting for the practice of adventure sports. During the three days of activities we are going to get to know, typical remote Mediterranean corners, which will help us to appreciate the scenic and cultural richness of the most authentic face of Mallorca.
Day 1 – Mountain bike
At 8:30 a.m., welcome and short explanation of the programmes activities.
At 8:45 a.m: distribution of bicycles. Tour to Balitx d’Avall: in total 20km of track, 675 ascent and 675 descent.
Total activity between 4 and 5 hours.
The possibility to have orange juice at the estate of Balitx d’Avall and a cultural visit to the ancient olive-press.
Necessary personal equipment:
small back-pack with water or isotonic drink and energy bars, comfortable clothing for riding, sports shoes. Water proof or sun-cream, depends on the weather.
Day 2 – Abseiling,via ferrata,and climbing
At 9:00 a.m. Transport transfer to the Bar Nautilus, Port of Sóller.
We shall practice the technique of abseiling from heights of between 6 to 20 metres.
Ashort climb of a wall of 6 metres of low level difficulty (4) and a Via Ferrata of 20 metres.
Total activity between 3 and 4 hours.
Necessary personal equipment:
Small back-pack with water or isotonic drink, confortable clothing and sport shoes.
Day 3 - Canyoning
At 8:30 a.m.Transport transfer to the Orient Valley (30mins).
Descent of the spectacular Torrent de Coanegra (beginners level- no previous experience necessary). Walking to the torrent approximately 20 mins, length of sporting activity between 2h 30mins to 3 hours, walking to came back 1hour, return by van 30 mins.
Activity and transfers totaling between 5 to 6 hours.
Necessary personal equipment:
small back-pack with water or isotonic drink, food (sandwich, fruit etc..) bathing suit, mountain boots or sports shoes, change of footwear (sandals) for changing in the van and comfortable clothing.
The ravine is one of the classics of the Range; it is characterized by: being very well- formed and full of water; having a kilometre of technical route; 8 steps (maximum height of 12 metres) on which it is necessary to put on ropes and to use abseiling technique and, finally, its unquestionable beauty.
*If the torrent de Coanegra is dry, the itinerary will be changed to the torrent de Almadra (Cuber dam) Activities suitable for people from 12 years of age, of medium- good physical condition and without suffering from vertigo, NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE.

Transport transfer by van (9 seats) from to the hotel Es Port. Personal equipment officially approved by the EU, for reasons of security, for all the activities offered here. Such equipment as: Bicycling helmet, mountain-bike MTB Conor, climbing helmet, harness, carabiner, descendor type 8, wet-suit (5mm), wet suit socks, canyoning back-pack, waterproof bags and accident insurance.
