In the Hotel Es Port, the best gastronomy takes up a very important place. Apart from our interior restaurant, we offer our clients the best international cuisine with a Majorcan touch in the à la carte restaurant Sa Figuera. The menu and the dishes are supervised by our chef, Xisco Arbona.
Xisco Arbona elaborates his creations using the best fresh and seasonal products, coming from the nearby port and Majorcan vegetable gardens, only with first class ingredients. As an example of our chef’s cuisine, you can savour a delicious grilled octopus with candied potatoes, leeks, paprika emulsion and tuber chips, or our tempered vegetable salad with beluga lentils and smoked eel. A real pleasure for the senses.

“At the Sa Figuera restaurant, you can enjoy Mediterranean-style dishes with a Mallorcan touch, prepared using local produce and, depending on the season, fresh vegetables from our own organic vegetable garden." In the main restaurant, our “show cooking" breakfast menu features dishes prepared right before your eyes. Dinner offers buffet starters and desserts, as well as a main course from the à la carte menu, but the traditional cuisine of our island is not neglected.
