Sóller prawns with baby lettuce and garlic and parsley emulsion
Tempura of vegetables from our own orchard with Sóller’s olive tapenade and romescu sauce
Stir fry of calamari and vegetables from our own orchard with toasted garlic emulsion
Main dishes:
Pork cheek with cream of pumpkin and amaretto, green asparagus spears and tubers chips
Majorca-style calamari stuffed with savoury pine nut praline and sóller prawns
